CBTS offers two managed service options for its VoIP Solutions. Your can choose to utilize our fully managed VoIP infrastructure or have us simply manage your devices on premises.
Option 1 – Utility Service Model
If your business prefers not to make a capital outlay for the VoIP hardware, you can choose to purchase it as a utility service from CBTS. CBTS retains ownership of the hardware and you pay a per-user monthly charge for your fully-managed solution. CBTS does everything from moves, adds, changes to proactive management of the entire program. All core equipment is housed at one of our secure data centers.
Option 2 – CBTS Manages Your Equipment
Your business owns the phones and infrastructure, and CBTS proactively manages and monitors the devices. You only pay CBTS a low per-device monthly fee for our Management Services.
CBTS' complete range of Messaging Services, including cNotify, cResponse, and R3, are delivered as hosted, managed services. As hosted solutions, these services do not touch your phone infrastructure, or require any software or hardware deployment. There will not be any expensive capital outlay to purchase any equipment.
These managed messaging services come in a flexible utility service billing model, making the technology affordable and accessible to businesses of all sizes. CBTS offers the services on annual contract, multiple-year contract with discounts, or usage-based terms.
