CBTS Managed IP Solutions
CBTS offers two options for its IP Solutions. Your business can choose to fully outsource the management of your VoIP infrastructure to CBTS (utility service model) or have us simply manage your devices on premises (on-premises managed service model). |
Utility Service Model
If your business prefers not to make a capital outlay for the IP hardware, you can choose the utility service from CBTS. CBTS retains ownership of the hardware and you pay a per-user monthly charge for your fully-managed solution. CBTS does everything from moves, adds, changes to proactive management of the entire program. All core equipment is housed at one of our highly secure data centers. |
On-Premises Managed Services
Your business owns the phones and infrastructure, and CBTS proactively manages and monitors the devices. You only pay CBTS a low per-device monthly fee for our management services.
Either way, our state-of-the-art, 24x7 staffed Enterprise Network Operations Center (ENOC) will be the first point of contact for any support issues or requests. |
