Mr. Bernshteyn is a Partner in the Ares Credit Group and a board member of CBTS. Before joining Ares in 2017, he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Solstein Capital and a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management. He also worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Bernshteyn serves on the boards of altafiber, Swissport International Ltd., and Vmo Aircraft Leasing L.P. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California in Business with a concentration in Corporate Finance, and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
