In 2007 and 2008, CBTS opened two high-profile briefing centers to display the latest technologies, conduct product demonstrations, and host technology briefings for our customers.

Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion

In 2007, CBTS opened the most unique meeting venue in Cincinnati. The Technology Pavilion at Great American Ball Park, home of the Cincinnati Reds, was built to resemble a riverboat perched above centerfield. The Pavilion features a 3,200-square-foot indoor technology center with the latest technology. It includes a full service bar and buffet and comfortable seating for enjoying the game, as well as a 7,500-square-foot outdoor rooftop deck. The facility also includes the secluded Pilot House, a year-round conference room with views of the ball park, downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River.

The Pavilion allows us to display and educate our guests on the latest technologies, conduct product demonstrations and host a wide variety of executive technology briefings. Following these information sessions, our guests enjoy dinner or lunch, beverages and a Reds game on game days. These technology briefings are free to the business community. Media Rich Technology

The Pavilion incorporates state-of-the-art technology that includes:

• Unique presentation area with a built-in projector and retractable screen, which lets you display the latest technologies and conduct live demonstrations
• Full Internet and wireless access
• Scrolling Digital signage for welcoming your group or adding personal messages for your event
• Twelve TVs with satellite availability that can broadcast a presentation or several different shows simultaneously

CBTS Briefing Center

In 2008, CBTS opened a new state of the art Briefing Center in its corporate headquarters. The Center’s main goal is to simplify voice over IP (VoIP) technology for customers by displaying products from Avaya, Cisco and Nortel. This unique setting is ideal for hosting seminars, training, and interoperability testing.

Visitors can view server racks with live switches, routers, and other infrastructure equipment. The Center has two large rooms and is outfitted with high-speed wireless and complete emerging business workstations. The demo room will seat up to 12 guests, while the larger presentation room will accommodate up to 40 guests.
