CBTS' Enterprise Network Operations Center (ENOC) performs monitoring and management services for our customers' networks and systems on a 24x7x365 basis. The ENOC is housed in a state-of-the-art 30,000 sq/ft facility with more than 50 full-time tier II/III engineers. It was designed to provide support and management services for our existing customers around the globe, as well as for future growth.
The ENOC provides the first level of support in the event of a network or system problem, and can perform high-level problem diagnosis. If requested, CBTS can perform Tier II and Tier III level troubleshooting and fault isolation.
Each device (router, switch, hub, firewall, and server) is monitored by the ENOC for availability, using either remote monitoring devices or agents installed in the network devices and computer systems. Additional monitoring capabilities for more in-depth analysis are available through our extensive network management toolsets.
With Tier I Service Desk and Tier II Incident Management in place, the ENOC rapidly detects alerts and notifications, and proactively responds to threats before your business is impacted. Our highly experienced and certified engineers are focused on safeguarding your IT infrastructure and mitigating negative impact on your business.
